Maintaining wellness is more than just nutrition. It involves your mind, body, soul, and nurturing the whole being. If you're not sure where to start, how about your thinking. Did you know that the average person thinks 60,000 thoughts per day? And out of those 60,000 thoughts, guess how many are positive? It is estimated that only 20-30% of our thoughts per day are positive, while the rest (a whopping 70-80%) are negative. How can we change that? To change your thoughts, try challenging them! Every time you catch a negative thought come up, think at least 3 positive thoughts. You can also practice gratitude! Every morning, write out a list of 20 things that you are grateful for. Then, right before you go to bed, do the same thing! The mind can be trained and right as you wake up and just before you go to bed is the perfect time to rewire your mindset. Try it!
