NeXXus Prime Universe was born out of a desire to create something different, something

unique that combines psychology, empowerment, and personal wellness. Whether you are

here because you connected with my message on social media (Instagram, Facebook,

YouTube, & TikTok), you want to take charge of your life, or you are looking for guidance

on setting firm boundaries, the classes and workshops provided aim to create a safe space

for you to unravel your experience.

By taking the next step, you begin to reclaim yourself and your sense of power. Taking

your power back and recreating yourself is being able to sit with your experiences and

reframe them so that you progress knowing that you are becoming stronger with each

step forward that you take. Within this you create a space to validate your own feelings and dismantle outdated patterns in favor of trusting yourself again. You give yourself the closure from the past that you have been looking for without giving that power to anyone else.

You are allowed to move forward - You are allowed to be happy – and You are allowed to create your life in a positive way! This involves getting to know who you are now, understanding what’s important to you at this juncture, and allowing yourself to have joy while fumbling-forward. Ultimately, empowerment grows when you take ownership of your choices and trust in your capacity to influence your life and surroundings!
