This Masterclass Series explores ways for you to overcome the guilt you feel when setting boundaries and ways to maintain your peace while doing so. Whether you're dealing with a manipulator, narcissistic personality, or just wanting to understand the tactics used to by those trying to gain your power, this Masterclass Series covers ways to protect yourself and develop awareness moving forward.
Navigating Triggers
Navigating Triggers teaches you how to stay in your own power while observing your thoughts and emotions. This class guides you through your mind's schemata to help you unlock energy that has been stuck in the body. By increasing self-awareness, you can become capable of better decision-making, improved communication, and underlying motivations.

Recovering People-Pleaser
Recovering People-Pleaser dives into the ways we lose ourselves when trying to put others first. It is the intentional journey of reclaiming your identity, autonomy, and self-efficacy. This explores the narcissistic personality, ways to say "No", how to set healthy boundaries, understanding the inner critic, sitting with discomfort, and actively rebuilding your own identity. Energy Reset!
Engage with like-minded individuals who want to explore ways to manage life's stressors. By understanding the nervous system's role in fight-or-flight, and how the energy of the body responds to perceived threats, one can retrain the mind to engage with life in a more centered way. This class explores the mind's schemata, how attachment plays a role in heightened emotion, and how to release and transform excess energy trapped in the body.

Rebalancing the Chakras

Levels I-VII assist one in noticing where there are leaks in the energy and we discuss ways to restore the energetic balance. Chakras are your body's main energy centers, energizing your purpose, harmonizing your mind, body, and spirit. When one is out of balance, your emotions, mindset, and wellness don't feel connected properly. This may manifest as insecurity, anxiety, lack of purpose, and lack of clarity. Chakras correlate to the meridians in the body, and when one is out of balance, we feel the energetic stagnation or hypersensitivity in that region. These classes are meant as an informative guide to help you understand when patterns become outdated and your energy is asking for a new pattern to be made. Developing strong social skills enables individuals to navigate conversations effectively, build rapport, and foster meaningful relationships. Understanding social cues enhances empathetic engagement and reduces misunderstandings, allowing for more authentic interactions. Mastering these elements is crucial for personal and professional success, as they facilitate clearer, more respectful, and more impactful communication in diverse social settings.

With 86 billion neurons, and each neuron making numerous connections, the brain is truly complex in the way it interprets life. By engaging in various mental activities such as learning, problem-solving, and social interactions stimulates neural pathways, promoting neuroplasticity — the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new connections. Come and learn about how the mind interacts with life, how your brain and nervous system store your experiences and memories, play brain games that help with mental agility, and learn about dementia and Alzheimer's disease.This is a space where we discuss all things related to the brain, from the gut-brain axis and its role in wellness, to neuroplasticity and maintaining cognitive function as we age, as well as how to keep your brain young and nimble! Each week we engage with new concepts and give ideas to engage with life in a new way for that week. The goal is to create new habits that can help to keep your brain sharp, adaptable, and resilient throughout your life.
