The goal of our meditation and tapping portal is to allow a space for you
to recenter your energy, rebalance your mind, and release what is stuck
and unprocessed within your chakras. Meditation is phenomenal, and it
has been used for thousands of years with evidence of its practice dating
back to 5,000 BCE. Ancient monks used meditation to gain clarity, to
practice letting go of attachment, develop wisdom, feel a sense of connectedness, and rise above the physical form to align with the higher sense of self and purpose. Currently, it has been linked to studies that scientifically prove it can have multiple benefits. It helps reduce stress by promoting relaxation and mental clarity, allowing individuals to approach challenges with a calm mind. Regular practice can improve focus and concentration, making it easier to navigate daily tasks. Meditation can also foster a greater sense of self-awareness and promote emotional balance, leading to a more fulfilling and mindful life.

In addition, meditation has been shown to affect the brain by altering its structure and function, and has been shown to have positive effects on mental and physical health. It can facilitate changes in emotional regulation, attention, and stress response. Some studies show that with consistent practice, meditation can increase gray matter in several brain areas, including the hippocampus (related to learning & memory), and the insula (self-awareness, emotions, & social cognition). Likewise, our Chakra Alignment Tapping Technique (CATT™) aims to help release blocked energy from the chakras and balances energy flow through the heart and mind. By focusing on one or more chakras, the goal is to facilitate movement through this space while releasing any stagnant energy. In turn, this can help to unblock the chakra and promote a free and balanced flow of life force (Qi) throughout this area. CATT™ is an alternative holistic technique that involves tapping on specific meridian points along the body, usually three fingers between the eyebrows (UB2). Our tapping technique aims to facilitate movement in the chakras, releasing emotional blockages that may be stuck or stagnent. Tapping can help to reduce anxiety, stress, improve focus, address triggers from the past, and help calm the nervous system. By combining meditation & tapping together, we focus on facilitating empowerment while neutralizing the narrative that scatters your willpower.​​
