Our NASM Certified Nutrition Coaches have studied in depth training in nutritional science and behavior change strategies that facilitates you to make better choices moving forward. Working with one of our Nutrition Coaches provides you with direction to build sustainable habits, conducts dietary assessments, helps you to understand macronutrients, micronutrients, and how to fuel your body in a way that supports your overall wellness goals.

In addition, you have access to regularly scheduled check-ins and communication via email & Zoom to help you stay motivated and on track with your wellness goals!

What Makes Our Program Unique?

While there are many nutrition, workout, and movement programs to choose from, what makes our program unique is that our nutrition and fitness instructors have a special interest in behavior change, some having a degree in psychology. This goes beyond just the norm of giving instruction, as that can be ineffective alone. However, combined with understanding the motivations behind your decisions, real change can actually happen! For real change to happen, consistency is key. Motivation is often not enough, as there are reasons one self-sabotages and we look to uncover these during the process. Our goal is to empower you to make conscious decisions, to gain deeper insight into pattern recognition, and to create real, lasting change that leads to a more authentic lifestyle!

Our nutrition and fitness coaching knows how to do this using methods beyond surface understanding. To build lasting change, it goes beyond exercise and an occasional healthy meal. To build lasting change, it involves creating a new habit loop that makes sense for you. We help set you up for lasting success by creating a schedule, taking your larger goals and breaking them down into smaller, manageable steps, and we pair these new patterns of behavior with existing ones to make the transition smoother. While we provide the framework, you are always at the helm, choosing more consciously the next step you would like to take. With this approach to behavior change, you move from a temporary fix to a permanent lifestyle change. 

 

In our program you are offered one-on-one support, weekly check-ins and emails to help keep you on track, a positive environment, online group classes that you can choose from that offer connection, the internal creation of reshaping your mindset and habits, The Transtheoretical Model  for the right strategies to move forward, and autonomy combined with self-efficacy.
