Welcome to Your Energy Reset Portal

Everyone comes onto the planet wanting to feel accepted, loved, and safe. Being able to feel like you belong, where you feel comfortable enough to be yourself, make mistakes, and that it is okay to fumble forward without judgement is what Energy Reset aims to create. No matter what you're facing in life, we want to create a safe space together to explore ways to reset and come back into your own power. Life is precious. You are precious. This is a space to explore what your energy has accumulated throughout the week, compute what you can, and let the rest go. How do we create this together?

Energy Reset combines emotional intelligence, empathy, awareness, and mindfulness practice to strategically recalibrate the mind and chakras. Self-awareness is the cornerstone to emotional intelligence and when combined properly gives you a sense of power, self-control, and stability. This class helps you to develop the skills necessary to harness your own energy when confronted with triggers and challenges throughout the week with in-class practice whiteboards, self-reflection exercises, and awareness surrounding cognitive dissonance. By practicing awareness when your energy is triggered you develop the skills to practice the pause, identify where your energy is shifting, in response to what/whom, and trace it back to core events from the past. We provide the tools to show you how to do this and which chakras it correlates to so that your energy can 'reset'.

Energy Reset was created with you in mind, a space where you can come, feel uplifted, learn with people like you who want to live in a world that feels peaceful, caring, and purposeful. Life can be beautiful, but it can also feel stressful and overwhelming from time-to-time, and these are the moments you want a support crew by your side to help you back to center. No matter what you are facing, Energy Reset helps to provide a map to guide you back to your true, authentic self. We take real, every day challenges and discuss ways to break it down into smaller steps so that it feels manageable while providing a safe space to let go. Each week we delve into new holistic ways to help you with your overall wellness and provide facilitative tools to understand what is going on at the core, incorporate smaller, more manageable steps to release stress, and open your mind and energy to feeling confident, capable, and optimistic in moving forward.
