The drawing will take place on February 1, 2026 and the winner will be announced on their website: NexxusPrime.com as well as contact my email address to let me know that I have won (if I win). I acknowledge that I have 5 days from the time I am contacted via email to claim my prize and after that, I do not hold any claim over said prize if I have not reached out via email to claim the prize. I acknowledge that this is only for the Garmin Fēnix E 47mm and I am not guaranteed to win. By entering this drawing, I am not owed or promised anything by Nexxus Prime and it is for fun and entertainment purposes. If I do win, I will be notified by email and I will have 5 days to claim my prize after which I forfeit any rights to it. I cannot have anyone else claim this prize on my behalf, and in my place it is not passed on to my relatives or anyone else I know. The start and end times are from : January 1, 2026 – February 1, 2026 with the winner being announced on February 1, 2026 by 6pm ET. This drawing will happen in Florida time zone Eastern Time. Eligibility requires the participant to be at least 18 years of age, a resident of the United States of America, cannot work for Nexxus Prime Universe, and must have a physical address (no PO Box allowed). The mailing address must be able to receive physical mail at the address. Once the winner is announced, they must provide the address for the Garmin to be shipped within 5 days (to be outlined in email). Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected via random drawing and then notified via email. The random drawing will and take place on February 1, 2026, before 6pm ET. The winner will be notified by noon the following day via email, February 2, 2026. The winner has 5 days from the sent email by Nexxus Prime to claim their prize. If in the event that the winner does not claim their prize within 5 days, the rights to the prize is considered forfeit.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Tax Responsibilities: The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any.
